“Aspiration Feed” by Grendel. I love this song and could never tire of it. This is my most difficult routine yet, and the wind and sand made it even more difficult! It was so worth it, though. What a beautiful day on the Chesapeake Bay.

Do you need a way to destress during the pandemic? I used to travel, shop, and go to goth/industrial concerts and nightclubs to destress, but after the pandemic started, I needed to find new, socially distanced ways to destress. Now I go to various scenic places (like local parks) and flag dance to whatever music I choose. You should try it! It’s very liberating! Not only am I experiencing various local parks I’ve never experienced before, but I am getting my energy out.
