This is "Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown)" by none other than The Beatles, from their timeless album Rubber Soul. It was one of the first Western songs to feature an Indian sitar, played by George Harrison who picked it up from a small shop in London. To me, it stands out from many of their other songs due to its acoustic nature, its simple but instantly recognizable melody and of course the lyrics by John Lennon. The band has been a major influence on me musically and recording this cover was very enjoyable. I hope you like it.
